Very professional. Good service. Your technician, Sam Northrup (sp?) was very courteous and patient with my ignorance about the system. I am very sensitive about my lack of knowledge and also on guard against technicians who take advantage of that. Sam put me at ease and answered all our questions. He showed me how to change the system and sold me a filter, but made it very clear about the several other ways I could purchase them. We remain very satisfied with Air Solutions.
