When I scheduled my services, the representative failed to put down my ottoman although we discussed it when placing my order and the price was given. Then when I have them my zip code to see if I was out of the service area, I was told I was good and would not be charged. The day of my services, $20 out of service area charge was added to my invoice and I was told it would be $36 more to do the ottoman. I was disappointed that the rep on the phone quoted me one price and the invoice showed another. I budgeted for this service so adding another $56 was a big deal. Thankfully Dalworth covered both costs when they listened back to the phone call. But it took some time to come to the resolution.
