Attempted to order on line, but could not find "stairs" or "hallway" so I called. I mentioned that to your phone rep, but when the estimate was drawn up, neither was mentioned. When the technician got to my house, I almost cancelled everything but my bedroom when he suggested we could leave off the second bedroom, which has little use, and still do what I needed for the price quoted. He looked at the website with me and found that stairs and hallways are called "rooms." I have no suggestions, but this might be better stated than calling these things rooms.
