They were prompt, attentive and didn't quit until the job was done right. They took the time to explain things and the techs were very knowledgable. There was never a pressure to buy anything extra or take advantage of the situation. They were also friendly and very patient with my 87yr old grandfather who owned the home and had many questions.(Before using Climate Partners he was taken advantage of more than once by some crooks at local competitor.) They were also very affordable and fair. Would recommend them to anyone!
