Some years ago we found ourselves in the market for a new heating/cooling system. We had been contacting local companies to get the best price on the system we were interested in. We had Climate Partners out to look at the job, and although they gave us a fair price, they self admittedly could not beat the low price given to us by the another "reputable" company in Milford. We liked Climate alot and wanted to go with them, however cost was a factor. So,we hesitantly decided to go with the company offering the lower price, even though thier customer service paled in in comparison to the service we had encountered at Climate Partners. Let's just say, you get what you pay for. After installation, we continued to use the original company for maintance of the system. Despite the company's "low cost matainence specials" we found ourselves paying thousands of $$$ each time they came out. We decided to get a quote on an issue from Climate Partners. The cost was less than half the quote from the original company. Climate Partners came in and fixed the issue the right way the very first time, without draining our bank account. The the lowered bills, superior customer service, attention to detail, top-notch technicians, and over all commitment to the customer = a job well done and were more than enough reasons to make us a permanent part of the Climate Partners family. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
