Thomas, the sales representative for gutter protection, was courteous and provided a lot of good information. So far, the product seems fine, however, I have not seen it in action since it has not rained since installation. My biggest complaint is that after we committed to AAPCO providing our gutter protection, there was not any additional communication. After 3 weeks of not hearing anything, I spoke to a representative in the office. Within two days, the gutter protection was installed, however, I had no idea that this was occurring since no further communication was conducted. Better communication would have improved the satisfaction of my experience. Although I would rate AAPCO favorably in most other categories, the lack of communication makes me hesitant to contact AAPCO for future projects.
