Mark the owner answered my call within 2 rings and came to give me an estimate within the hour. He was able to locate all moisture from my burst water heater. He was extremely knowledgeable and easy to understand. He explained the whole process in detail, and all his equipment was in excellent condition. He follow-up and checked the progress every day. He was honest and fair in his estimate compared to another company that quotes me 2-3 times more for unnecessary work. I highly recommend him.
