Orlando was terrific. Very professional, explained service details and costs precisely, courteous and extremely hard working. He was tremendously customer oriented and made us feel that taking great care of our home carpets and upholstery was important to him. I have already referred Orlando to others and plan to request him by name in the future. He is a great representative of Dalworth! Perhaps the best technician I have ever worked with and I rarely write this type of rave review. Thanks Orlando!
