One of our tenants discovered mold in the attic of one of our homes. We had the mold tested and it tested positive for black mold so we had to get it professionally removed ASAP. They handled the entire process from start to finish. Very professional and helpful to understand exactly what was going on. We now have an attic fan to keep air circulating and not to accumulate moisture which is how we got the mold in the first place. I feel confident that the mold is all gone and the house is safe to live in again.
