Service and professionalism was outstanding and the best I have ever witnessed in my 20+yrs of home ownership. If this were my company I would, without hesitation, move this young man into a corperate training position immediately! His appearance was immaculate. He was articulate and knowlegable in describing the issue and the resolution perfectly. Just an outstanding technician and a perfect embodiment of what and how a stellar employee represents any company. Fine outstanding job.
