Isaac our technician was amazing!! He took time out to walk us through our process and educate us about the damage including how it may have been caused. He was professional and insightful throughout the entire process. He arrived promptly when scheduled and kept lines of communication open during the duration of our job. He made himself readily available to assist us with our every need. This is the first time my family and I had ever dealt with an issue like this. Jenkins Restoration made the process streamlined and made the situation as easy / stress-free as possible. They exceeded our every expectation and all in a timely manner.
