Talked initially with Chelsea (sp?) and later with Katie and Chris. All were very pleasant and tried to be helpful. Question #1 answer is only because there was so much confusion and misunderstanding. It might help if your tile service were described online. My only complaint was the great confusion in obtaining a quote as I had no previous experience with what the job entailed and there are so many options. Also, there was quite some difficulty getting the email confirming the service. The reps were all very pleasant and tried to be helpful, but many phone calls had to be made before I received what was supposed to be sent after my initial reservation. The tech, Harold Grimes, was exceedingly pleasant, knowledgeable, competent and neat. He did an excellent job.
