The first person to show up after Hurricane Irma, was Cole from First Response! He and his professional team made this hurricane experience less stressful. A tree fell through our home, damaging everything in it's path. He was so very kind, and courteous. Even though we were overwhelmed, Cole has been very patient with us. He has been very understanding, and knowledgeable about everything that needed to be done. And for that we are truly grateful! Thank You! A++++
