My father-in-law set an appointment and a sales rep came and met with us. He was very thorough and professional. Answered every question we had, spent as much time as we needed. There was no sales pressure at all! As a matter of fact, my father-in-law was ready to spend money! But truth of the matter, repairs weren't needed and there wasn't any pressure at all! Very professional.
