I was very pleased with the work that Costel performed for us. He arrived within the window that we were given, went right to work and cleaned the designated carpets to a degree that surpassed our expectations, and wrapped up in an efficient manner. He did not try to "up sell" us on additional services or increase our estimate (from your website). He was courteous and very professional. We have tried other services in an attempt to find a competent rug cleaner. The others that we tried have been cheaper, but the quality of the work was below our expectations. The adage is correct: " You get what you pay for." We will stick with Dalworth going forward.
