There was a miscommunication on my online order so only half of the rooms selected were included in the quote. The technician requoted with the missing rooms and the price was significantly higher. I was charged extra for cleaning the bannister rails on the stairs, and decided to only clean part of the house to stay on budget. The cleaning team did a great job and offered financing options if I wanted to clean the rest of the house and add a few services. They were nice and apologetic for the online ordering issue. All in all the services provided were great, but the pricing was much steeper than I expected.
