While in the process of selling our home last fall, during the inspection, they found mold in the attic. We called First Response because we had used them about five years earlier for a basement fire remediation and had been very pleased. They came quickly to assess the damage before sending the certified mold inspector to confirm. In addition to remediating the identified section, they treated the entire attic. All work was completed and certified “mold free” within the required timeframe so closing could be scheduled. Courteous, responsive and professional from start to finish. I would recommend without hesitation!
