These guys did an A+ job from the second I contacted them through completion of the mitigation and repair work. After a tornado hit my neighborhood we were highly concerned that it would take a long time to find people to do the work and then actually get the work done. I found First Response in a google search and thank God I did. They were at my house the next day and mitigation began a day later. Remarkable!! Cole is running the show and calling the shots and is able to coordinate all crews effectively so that all work continues to progress seamlessly. He shows up to make sure all work is being performed correctly as well. He is totally on top of everything right up to the end. One more thing I want to add is that, Cole sets up a work scene immaculately. The rooms effected are quarantined off as if surgery is taking place behind the scenes. No dust escapes the work area and I’ve seen anything like it. Excellent job and bravo to Cole and First Response. Their work is high quality and you will be delighted with the results.
