Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Our townhome in Newark, DE was impacted by large fire in the adjacent unit in April 2020. What luck finding Joe Fragomele and his family firm Colonial Construction. In a difficult Covid environment Joe, his son Joey, his daughter McKensie and their competent professional crew were there for us every step of the way. Always returned calls quickly, worked through all the added difficulties with Covid restrictions to reach the right settlement for us with the insurance companies and delivered a better end result. Always treated me and my property with the highest respect. The home is beautiful and we could not be happier.
