I contracted DJ Bair and Rafterhaus Construction to tackle several projects at two of my properties. There were 2 water leak emergencies stemming from issues on the roof after heavy rainfall. Rafterhaus was recommended to me by a good friend. They performed admirably with their timely response, transparent communication & updates and successfully completing the work to my satisfaction. In addition, I contracted DJ Bair and Rafterhaus for a complete restoration and rebuild of a residential home in historic downtown Covington. They were instrumental in every step from making presentations to the Historical Committee to design, development and construction. I am very satisfied with the work they have done for me and am happy to highly recommend them.
