Very reliable and excellent communication. We had our ADU/MIL flood one weeks prior to our three month trip abroad. Our insurance agent recommended Andrew at Signature Restoration and our experience was wonderful. Andrew came out and recommended a course of action and then handled all the communications and restoration services directly with our insurance company. The work was completed when we were abroad and we didn’t have to worry about anything because Andrew kept us updated every step of the way and I felt like I knew what was going on. They are a smaller company (not a major corporation with a whole bunch of hired help) and they worked hard for my business. True service. They are honest and I would highly recommend them.
