Had a leak under the sink. Asked for an estimate. The person who came to do the estimate said that damage isn't that bad. He said the company could charge me $1500 for drying or I could just wipe off excess water and use a fan to dry out the area. He said my damage wasn't severe because I had real wood cabinets. I really appreciated his honesty. If I ever have to water damage in the future, I will definitely go with them because of how sincere the initial tech was. The location was Atlanta, GA.
