I called renew when I noticed water damage. Eric was very polite, and reassuring about his ability to fix my issue. He sent his employee Arnie out that Monday. Arnie was great. He kept in contact when I had general questions on my repair. He was on time, and a pleasant. I’m always worried that I might get scammed when I hire someone to fix something on my home, but I definitely do not feel this way about this company. I hired renew for all the fixes my kitchen will need, and they have made it hassle-free, and it’s such a relief. Will recommend and will continue to use it for anything else I may need
