We just bought a house that had mold and air quality issues we needed addressed. Zachary came to the home and did a thorough inspection and an honest appraisal of our situation. He had a suitcase of tools to take readings and is able to determine why and how things may have happened so you can be proactive in the future. He explained things well and made sure we both understood before moving on to the next thing. Very generous with time and resources. You can tell he really cares about people.
