Had a water leak that caused wood floor damage in the kitchen. Paces was able to dry the floor and Frank, our Project Manager, was able to save the old oak flooring. Sanding, stain, and poly work on the floor was very simple. The ladies that came to pack out the kitchen and dining room were excellent and took great care of several family items that were over 100 years old. Wish our Insurance Adjuster would have been a little nicer in the process, but Paces did and outstanding job and the floors look great!
