Chris was very prompt to come out and look at my property and was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done with our sun room that had mold and water intrusion. He was true to his word about getting his team out to start the work in a very timely manner and followed up with me regularly on the work in process at my house. When I called him about questions, he was always very willing to answer the questions I had. Also he was very helpful in giving me referrals for other work that I need completed after his team finished. I highly recommend North Star Services for any type of water or mold remediation.
