This company Mold Bros is great. After getting 3 other enormously high estimates for mold removal with all the dramatics attached based on those inspections of "throwing out all the furniture, the curtains and just about everything else in the condo" I stumbled upon Mold Bros and their employee Cassidy. He performed an inspection and explained the science behind their companies procedure of mold remediation for my problem and assured me and that their company could complete the mold remediation 100% and that they would provide both before and after mold testing results from an independent lab. Not only did I not have to throw away a single item from my condo; their price to complete the job was less than half of the other estimates I received. I would without hesitation recommend this company to anyone with a mold issue for their honesty and professional work ethics. Buyer beware of other companies because there seems to be a lot of snakes in this profession.
