Easy 5 star review. These guys were excellent. Professional, courteous, responsive, effecient and competent. I called a few places for estimates on some water damage I had in a carpeted living room. Heroes were by far the most responsive and helpful. They were able to do the inspection the same day I called (others took 5 days to even come out). Justin was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the cleaning process. Also went over the pricing in detail to be sure I understood the quote before any work was started. The price was very fair for the work and value. They were able to start right away. They were very efficient and were in and out in no time. They stayed in touch via cell and text to be sure I was up to date on what was going on. Justin even encouraged me to follow up questions or concerns. I would recommend and use these guys again. Thanks Justin and Heroes for making that process easy.
