Giuliani Construction restored my flooded apartment building and it looks fantastic. My build was old and dilapidated. Now it's in mint condition. Thanks to Brian, Jr., and Carlos. What seemed like a catastrophe was an opportunity to turn a sow's ear into a silk purse.
