Our basement was flooded and I got out the yellow pages and picked Faithful Disaster Restoration. The best decision I ever made. Darren was there the next morning and assessed the damage. The next day Jerome and his crew showed up. Jerome assured me that everything was going to be ok and just kept telling he would take care of me and that’s just what he did. What a professional, honest, hard working young man. He went above and beyond to get the water out of the basement and get it dry. I trust him in every way and never thought twice about any decision he made. Keep me very informed. I will highly recommend Faithful. Thank you, Jerome, you are amazing.
