The owner, Joe, was awesome from start to finish. Joe was always available when I call. I had a lot of wood rot around and under my bay window and my garage trims was in a bad shape. The team did a great job. The only two problems I had was scheduling and the crew did not follow the quoted project so they had to come back out and finish the job. When we open the bottom panel, noticed my vent was broken and several 2x6s was rotted. I called Joe to add those to the quote. In the end, Joe did not charge me for the extra work.
