We had a sewage backup in our downstairs bathroom and within a day of creating an insurance claim, Capital had contacted us and arrived to start the drying and remediation process. Within two weeks we had Andrew and Sam in constant contact with us, helping us figure out what the next steps were, picking out materials and colors and making sure we were informed of the timeline for the repairs and checking in constantly to make sure we were satisfied! All of the contractors were amazing, professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable! We could not be happier with the services we received and the people who worked diligently to get our house into better shape than prior to the backup!
