I am so thankful for Ken’s expertise! We are in the process of purchasing a home, and the inspector found what he believed to be “organic growth.” Ken came out for a very reasonable small fee and inspected our attic. Even though we don’t have a mold issue, Ken was able to tell me about some other issues that we need to address. He also took the time to talk with me about general mold and water damage prevention. Such a nice guy and a wealth of knowledge!
