My husband and I both felt that Roger did a really good job. He took a lot of time talking with me up front about my concerns, and spent ample time pre-treating the carpet. When he left, we both felt the carpet looked very clean. It did take a while for it to dry but I think it was because he did a thorough job of pre-treating and cleaning. We were pleased.
