We had three damaged areas in our carpet that when I mentioned them to the technician, he told me he could repair them if I wanted. I didn't even know y'all did that. I was planning on attempting it myself and I'm sure it wouldn't look half as good. This carpet is very old and very stained, so I was expecting a "put lipstick on a pig" situation, but it actually looks great! This will hopefully buy is another year or so until we can afford to refinish the hardwoods underneath. Thank y'all!
